Senior Program Director - Huntsville - GFD

Role: Lead large-scale capital project delivery within Lilly's Global Facilities Delivery organization, focusing on medical innovation assets, including pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. Responsibilities: oversee multidisciplinary teams, manage projects exceeding $1BN USD from conceptual design through operational qualification, ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget compliance; facilitate stakeholder communication across regions, and lead safety/environmental plans. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field; 15+ years in industrial or manufacturing capital projects, with experience managing greenfield or large projects (> $100MM); willingness to relocate and travel (~15-30%). Preferred: pharmaceutical manufacturing experience, GMP, LEAN, automation, construction, and project controls expertise; PE or PMP certifications; international work experience; strong leadership and communication skills, ability to influence without direct authority, and fluency in additional languages. High-Value: pharmaceutical manufacturing (API, sterile, secondary packaging), GMP compliance, GMP facilities, project size >$100MM, international travel, full onsite presence.
