Role: Senior Productivity Ecosystem Engineer providing technical leadership for Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms. Responsibilities include platform engineering, governance, operational support, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement across Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online. Collaborates with Product Owners, Enterprise Architects, Security, and Infrastructure teams to implement platform strategy, ensure platform stability, and drive adoption of new capabilities. Manages governance standards, permissions, content lifecycle, and platform health through analytics and telemetry. Leads initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reliability, and scalability, establishing best practices and documentation. Engages with stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors, to align engineering activities with enterprise priorities, oversee service health, and communicate platform status. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; 5+ years supporting Microsoft 365 services in an enterprise environment; expertise in Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, governance, permissions, and automation tools like PowerShell and Graph; experience leading large-scale modernization or migration projects; familiarity with security, compliance, and data management within Microsoft 365. Preferred: Microsoft certifications (e.g., M365 Administrator, Teams Administrator), experience with automation frameworks, supporting collaboration in highly regulated industries, managing vendors, and driving operational excellence. Soft skills include analytical problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and a continuous improvement mindset. The role supports a hybrid work model in Princeton, NJ, with some travel expected.
