Role Summary
Senior Production Operator on 2nd shift supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing. You will operate equipment, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and help keep production processes on schedule to deliver essential medicines to patients.
Responsibilities
- Organize and complete project tasks and milestones within deadlines.
- Develop and implement basic team effectiveness skills with your immediate team.
- Make basic problem-solving decisions under supervisory guidance with limited options.
- Adhere to established procedures in a structured work environment, consulting with colleagues as needed.
- Engage in collaborative communication with peers, supervisors, and interdepartmental teams to maintain a seamless drug production process.
- Oversee and address manufacturing processes, perform quality checks, and document procedures.
- Conduct cleaning and sanitization tasks as per procedures, ensuring files and databases are current.
- Assist in developing and implementing corrective actions in response to regulatory inspection feedback.
- Monitor processes for troubleshooting production issues regularly.
- Ensure all activities comply with company protocols and maintain high standards of quality control.
Qualifications
- Required: BA/BS with at least 2 years of experience, MBA/MS with any years of experience, Associate's degree with at least 6 years of experience, or a high school diploma (or equivalent) with at least 8 years of relevant experience
- Required: Knowledge of cGMP and regulatory compliance
- Required: Proficiency in using manufacturing equipment and tools
- Required: Competence in troubleshooting and performing quality checks
- Required: Demonstrated ability to follow established procedures and guidelines
- Required: Experience with preparing and cleaning various components, materials, and equipment
- Required: Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Preferred: Experience in pharmaceutical production

Additional Requirements
- Physical: Rotating Shift, 12 hrs. Standing/Sitting, Weekends/Holidays as required.
