Role Summary

Senior Product Marketing Specialist – Reagent Solutions Division. Develop and execute high-growth go-to-market, multi-channel, full funnel marketing plans to raise awareness and drive conversion within key life science market segments. Collaborate across marketing, sales, and product management to influence cross-functional teams and deliver results. The role requires a dynamic, self-motivated communicator with strong understanding of the life science research market.

Responsibilities

  • Support and lead execution of high-impact go-to-market (GTM) programs to drive revenue growth for RSD portfolios in academia, biotech, pharma, immunology, immune cell therapy and regenerative medicine.
  • Develop and write strategic multi-channel integrated marketing content to acquire, convert, engage, retain, and grow customers.
  • Collaborate with product management and scientific applications teams to deliver portfolio-specific content across the marketing funnel (brochures, webpages, webinars, posters, sales tools).
  • Lead portfolio marketing programs by communicating with and influencing stakeholders and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment of marketing plans for new and on-market products.
  • Maintain a clear marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of marketing tactics.
  • Utilize analytics and revenue data to make data-driven marketing decisions to meet or exceed objectives.
  • Create product launch toolkits with messaging, education, training, and customer-facing materials for commercial teams.
  • Attend and support industry conferences and tradeshows to generate leads and identify opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry or related discipline; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience in the life sciences industry; product marketing experience preferred.
  • Tactical marketing experience across channels including web, SEO, SEM, display, email, events, and third-party advertising.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

  • Ability to communicate the value of Bio-Techne products to life science research customers.
  • Strong copywriting skills for promotional scientific content.
  • Collaborative with influence without direct authority; excellent project management and deadline-driven.
  • Knowledge of 4Ps, marketing mix, marketing communication, segmentation, value proposition, and program development.
  • Customer-focused with ability to understand needs and drive decisions accordingly.
  • Fast, self-starter learner; adaptable in a dynamic team.
  • Understanding of digital media channels and their impact on customer behavior.
  • Curious, innovative mindset with willingness to pilot new approaches and extract learnings.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
