Role Summary

Senior Product Marketing Specialist โ€“ Reagent Solutions Division. Responsible for development and execution of high-growth go-to-market, multi-channel, full funnel marketing plans to raise awareness and drive conversion within key life science market segments. Collaborates across marketing, sales, and product management to drive results for marketing programs.

Responsibilities

  • Support and lead execution of high-impact go-to-market programs to drive revenue growth for RSD portfolios in academia, biotech, pharma, immunology, immune cell therapy, and regenerative medicine.
  • Develop and write strategic multi-channel integrated marketing content to acquire, convert, engage, retain, and grow customers.
  • Collaborate with product management and scientific applications teams to promote portfolio-specific content across the marketing funnel (brochures, webpages, webinars, posters, sales tools).
  • Serve as the marketing lead for portfolio programs, aligning with cross-functional partners to ensure marketing plans for new products and improvements.
  • Maintain a clear marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of marketing tactics.
  • Use analytical tools and revenue data to make data-driven marketing decisions to meet objectives.
  • Create product launch toolkits with messaging, training, positioning, and customer materials for commercial teams.
  • Attend and support industry conferences and tradeshows to generate leads and identify opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Biology, Biochemistry or related field; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience in life sciences; product marketing experience preferred.
  • Experience across multiple channels including web, SEO, SEM, display, email, events, and third-party advertising.

Skills

  • Ability to articulate the unique value of Bio-Techne products to life science researchers.
  • Strong copywriting skills for promotional scientific content.
  • Collaborative with influence without direct authority; excellent communication.
  • Exceptional project management, attention to detail, and deadline-driven.
  • Knowledge of 4Ps, marketing mix, marketing communications, segmentation, value propositions, and program development.
  • Customer-focused with ability to understand needs and drivers.
  • Fast learner, adaptable in a dynamic team environment.
  • Understanding of digital media channels and their impact on customer behavior.
  • Curious, innovative mindset; willingness to pilot new approaches.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.

Education

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Biology, Biochemistry or related discipline; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
