Position Summary
Senior Product Manager, US Breyanzi HCP Treater Marketing (US Cell Therapy Organization). Drive day-to-day execution of HCP-facing marketing strategies/tactics advancing the Breyanzi brand; lead field insight gathering/synthesis to ensure marketing execution is rooted in HCP understanding and delivers compliant, impactful HCP resources. Reports to the Director, US Breyanzi HCP Treater Marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to HCP brand strategy & core messaging; develop insight-driven promotional narratives.
- Execute HCP marketing strategies/tactics across key channels and touchpoints; ensure brand strategy, HCP insights, and clinical accuracy.
- Own label update process and messaging execution for HCP-facing assets (timely, accurate, compliant communication).
- Gather and synthesize field insights; inform promotional strategy, messaging priorities, and tactical execution.
- Support HCP targeting/segmentation and omnichannel deployment.
- Support asset development and field pull-through; manage agency/vendor partners and MLR review.
- Manage tactical timelines and budget tracking; deliver on time/on budget/in compliance.
- Partner with Insights & Analytics to track performance and recommend optimizations.

Key Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/advanced degree strongly preferred.
- 4+ years progressive pharma/biotech marketing/brand/commercial experience.
- Proven HCP marketing execution impact.
- Hematology/Oncology/Cell Therapy preferred; CAR-T experience differentiator.
- MLR review process experience; working knowledge of FDA promotional regulations and PhRMA guidelines.
- Field insight gathering/synthesis; strong project management; strategic/analytical acumen.
- Preferred: HCP targeting/segmentation/omnichannel experience.
- Strong written/verbal communication; scientific acumen; initiative in fast-changing environments.
