Senior Product Manager, Predictive Analytics

Responsibilities:
- Mock up products based on proteomic, electronic medical record, and/or genomic datasets
- Draft specifications for software to display disease risk predictions; use AI tools to implement and evaluate results
- Convert disease prediction ideas from teams/collaborators into project and budget proposals
- Monitor emerging market trends in disease prediction and genomics data applications to refine product direction
- Present genomics and proteomic use cases to leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals and priorities
- Assist in designing clinical validation programs for products
- Partner with leaders/customers to test hypotheses about new product value; summarize feedback to leadership

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (software engineering, computational biology, etc.) with 13+ years of relevant industry experience (or PhD with 7+ years as equivalent)

Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Prior industry experience
- Experience in software engineering or product design
- Expertise translating scientific results into product prototypes
- Ability to independently lead and run research projects from conception to completion
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to present data, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels
