Senior Product Manager, Oncology

Role: Senior Product Manager, Oncology at Natera leads the development and commercialization of the Signatera MRD assay, focusing on laboratory process performance and product lifecycle management. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in life sciences, engineering, or related fields (master's or PhD preferred), at least 5 years’ experience in diagnostics, medical devices, or oncology, with 2-3 years in product management or commercialization. Prior experience with lab services, quality systems (CAPA, change control in CLIA/CAP labs), and familiarity with SQL, Snowflake, SPC, or continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) are preferred. High-value specifics include oncology (tumor-informed MRD assays), laboratory-based product development, and a focus on process optimization within a regulated (CLIA/CAP) environment. The role is remote, based near a Natera lab in the Bay Area or Austin, TX, with occasional onsite visits.
