Role Summary
The Senior Product Manager (SPM) of Marketing, Neuro-oncology will support critical promotional and customer marketing activities for an in-line product within the Oncology business unit. This product is currently approved for the treatment of recurrent H3 K27M Mutant Diffuse Midline Glioma. The SPM will engage in cross-functional initiatives and manage key strategic and tactical projects/workstreams, serving as a member of the expanding Oncology Business Unit. The candidate will help drive product adoption by developing and implementing strategic and tactical marketing plans, with a focus on ongoing launch activities; may assist on marketing initiatives across the oncology portfolio. Responsible for implementing strategy and plans per regulatory guidelines and Jazz policies and values.
Responsibilities
- Take a central role in developing, refining and pulling through H3 K27M Mutant DMG strategies to drive a successful launch
- Collaborate on overall Oncology marketing promotional strategy and execution
- Develop / update key promotional tactics for launch (e.g. interactive visual aid)
- Help manage several key vendors, including promotional, media, and medical communications agencies to maintain and improve upon operational efficiencies
- Consult on overall Oncology marketing media planning and execution with focus on engaging the multidisciplinary DMG team
- Serve as a marketing point-person on cross-functional teams, including the Promotional Material Review Committee (PMRC) for all related workstreams
- Serve as an oncology marketing lead for relevant national, regional and local Neuro Oncology and Oncology conferences and meetings
- Execution of advisory boards
- Lead cross functional partners in tactical planning to develop an integrated strategic plan and ensure execution across the brand
- Oversight of marketing material fulfillment and inventory
- Establish a strong relationship with the sales team and other field-based commercial teams to ensure optimal execution and early actionability on key insights
- Manage and enhance relationships with many critical functions within the organization, thought leaders, and strategic business partners
- Reviews Marketing dashboard and third-party performance reports to provide metrics on an ongoing basis
- Ensure tactics meet compliance and regulatory guidelines and company policies
- Work collaboratively with finance partners and ensure budget is managed appropriately
Qualifications
- 3+ years of oncology marketing (or related commercial) experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry required
- Neuro Oncology experience is preferred

Education
- A Bachelor Degree in life sciences or a related discipline is required. MBA or advanced degree preferred
