Role Summary

The Senior Product Manager (SPM), HCP Marketing (Non-Personal Promotion) will be a vital member on the US Marketing team focusing on healthcare professionals (HCPs). This role supports the development and execution of HCP marketing efforts to launch and grow resmetirom (Rezdiffra) in the US, partnering with the HCP Marketing Lead for NPP/media to drive education and impact across multiple channels and campaigns directed toward HCPs.

Responsibilities

  • Support HCP-directed media and non-personal promotion efforts for branded and unbranded tactics including strategy, planning, asset development, tactical execution, metrics/KPIs, and driving innovation across channels (programmatic, print, SEO/SEM, endemic display, emails, social, etc.). Enable an integrated, multichannel ecosystem for branded and unbranded campaigns targeting HCPs.
  • Help shape tactical recommendations and solutions that deliver on strategy and drive performance while complying with FDA regulations and standards.
  • Support reporting and analytics to assess NPP/media performance and drive ongoing optimizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (PRC/MLR, market research, analytics, IT, medical affairs, regulatory, legal, compliance, field, etc.) to ensure alignment and success.
  • Assist in managing agency partners for tactical planning/execution, content development, budget management, and evaluating performance to ensure timely delivery within budgets.
  • Support marketing and commercial field teams as needed.
  • Travel up to 25% of the time (including weekends as needed); in-office presence required 3 days per week (Conshohocken, PA or Waltham, MA).

Qualifications

  • Required: 3+ years of HCP marketing experience; robust experience in digital/non-personal promotion; experience across multiple channels, stakeholders, disease states, and business models; at least 1 specialty launch in the past 5 years (Subpart H experience is a plus).
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's preferred; 7+ years of experience with 4+ years in biopharmaceutical commercial space (sales, marketing, strategy, etc.); experience in a smaller company environment is a plus.
