Senior Product Manager

Role: Senior Product Manager for clinical software at Caris Life Sciences, overseeing end-to-end development of key oncology-related products such as case workflows, blood-testing platforms, and molecular interpretation tools. Responsibilities: own product strategy and roadmap, conduct discovery with clinicians and lab teams, develop clear requirements, define release criteria, manage post-launch adoption and outcomes, facilitate stakeholder alignment, and incorporate AI and automation to optimize workflows. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in relevant fields; 8+ years in product management, with demonstrated ownership of live software products; expertise in writing structured requirements and tracking clinical or operational metrics; experience facilitating cross-functional collaboration; fluency with generative AI tools. Preferred: advanced degree (MBA), experience in healthcare diagnostics, molecular pathology, or regulated environments (FDA, SOX, CLIA, HIPAA), and ability to translate compliance into product requirements; familiarity with agile frameworks.
