Senior Product Manager, Digital Surgery

Role Summary

Senior Product Manager, Digital Surgery located in Raritan, NJ, Cincinnati, OH or Santa Clara, CA. Lead cross-functional teams to drive product discoveries, guide global process designs, and prove value cases within MedTech’s connected device transformation. Senior leader of the product management and engineering functions, responsible for leading by example and cultivating a pipeline of product management talent in the surgical innovation space.

Responsibilities

• Lead product roadmaps and briefs; apply industry trends aligned to customer demands and global strategies
• Drive solutions from concept to adoption; engage functional leaders to enable digitization and modernization of MedTech’s surgical device ecosystem
• Maximize viability by ensuring teams build the right thing, maximize ROI, enable business value, and manage stakeholder expectations
• Ensure usability by developing best-in-class user experiences for frictionless adoption
• Calculate feasibility by prioritizing the product roadmap to align with customer needs and delivery capability
• Derive value through product discovery, benchmarking to quantify value
• Shape to-be processes by defining patterns for an OT platform
• Provide servant leadership: develop, mentor, and engage the team to build a high-performance group

Qualifications

• Minimum BA/BS degree required (Computer Science or Computer Engineering preferred)
• Proven experience in Cloud & EDGE/IoT foundational
• 8 years of experience in product development and deployment
• Ability to learn quickly and shape new business processes
• Ability to work across multiple business domains and products
• Strong ability to establish healthy working relationships with internal and external partners
• Experience leading large, complex projects/programs across domains in a matrix environment
• Experience delivering business results through rigorous prioritization
