Senior Product Manager, Digital Surgery

Role Summary

Senior Product Manager, Digital Surgery positioned to drive MedTech’s connected device transformation. Leads cross-functional teams to shape product discoveries, guide global process designs, and prove value cases, while developing a strong pipeline of product management talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead product roadmaps and briefs; analyze industry trends and translate into customer-aligned strategies
• Drive solutions from concept to adoption; engage functional leaders to enable digitization and modernization of the surgical device ecosystem
• Maximize viability: ensure teams build the right thing to maximize ROI and business value
• Ensure usability: develop best-in-class user experiences for frictionless adoption
• Calculate feasibility: prioritize roadmap based on customer needs and delivery capabilities
• Derive value: lead product discovery with benchmarking to quantify value
• Shape to-be processes: define patterns for an OT platform
• Provide servant leadership: mentor and engage the team to build a high-performance unit

Qualifications

• Minimum BA/BS required (Computer Science or Computer Engineering preferred)
• Proven experience in Cloud & EDGE/IoT foundations
• 8 years of product development and deployment experience
• Ability to learn, challenge, and shape new business processes quickly
• Ability to work across multiple business domains and products
• Strong ability to establish and build healthy internal and external partnerships
• Experience leading large, complex projects/programs with numerous dependencies in a matrix environment
• Experience delivering business results through rigorous prioritization
