Role: Senior Product Manager, Chemistry, focusing on developing and executing product strategies for chemistry workflows and data products to accelerate oncology drug discovery. Responsibilities: define vision and roadmaps for chemistry-related tools, enable self-service discovery, AI integration, and decision support; collaborate with cross-functional teams including chemists, data science, and IT; partner with vendors and SaaS providers to deliver trusted chemistry data capabilities; translate scientific workflows into scalable product solutions and evaluate build/buy/integrate options. Requirements: 8+ years in product management, data platforms, or cheminformatics within biotech/pharma; deep knowledge of small molecule chemistry workflows, data systems (e.g., Benchling, D360, CDD), and AI-enabled design tools; strong stakeholder management and communication skills; Ph.D., M.S., B.S. in Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, Bioinformatics, or related fields. Preferred: experience with SaaS platform integration, AI/molecular design workflows, knowledge graphs, and FAIR data principles; familiarity with scientific data standards.
