Role Summary
Senior Product Manager in the Marketing department for Organogenesis' wound care portfolio. The role involves proactively gathering customer and market insights, leading a team, and developing strategic marketing plans to support brand lifecycle. This is a remote position reporting to the Director of Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Execute on the portfolio strategy and marketing plans to achieve business goals; recommend direction and product positioning for assigned products.
- Lead teams and work cross-functionally.
- Research and understand the marketplace.
- Lead full cycle marketing strategies (mostly downstream).
- Lead new product development and launching new products into the marketplace.
- Extensive digital marketing experience.
- Develop messaging strategies to bring products to market, including content, projects, and vendor management.
- Design marketing mix and go-to-market strategies to create competitive advantage in collaboration with customer marketing.
- Support worldwide business growth with clearly defined goals, objectives, critical success factors, timelines, budgets, and action items.
- Provide support to the global sales organizations, including KOL and customer visits.
Qualifications
- Required: 5+ years in a Product Manager role in the healthcare industry.
- Required: Experience "owning" a product.
- Preferred: Wound care experience.
- Preferred: Product Management certificate.
- Preferred: Direct patient/consumer experience.
- Required: Good and strong communication skills in English, adept with communication at all levels in a professional and effective manner.
- Required: Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize customer insights and translate information into portfolio strategies and business recommendations.
- Required: Demonstrated collaboration in a multi-national and cross-functional matrix environment.
- Required: Self-motivation, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Required: Ability to present high-level information to diverse audiences (scientists, executives, laypeople).
- Required: Excellent strategic thinking with solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred: Up to 40% travel.
Education
