In this role you will:
- Own and lead the product roadmap, product development, launch and adoption of novel molecule design solutions across multiple GSK departments.
- Define the strategic direction for molecule design tools with GenAI capabilities.
- Partner with Onyx tech teams and R&D scientists/leaders to deliver cloud-based molecule design products and solutions with GenAI and agentic capabilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for molecule design solutions and tools.
- Conduct customer research to understand emerging requirements.
- Define product requirements, features, and specifications with stakeholders.
- Lead agile delivery with portfolio and engineering teams (prioritization, sprint planning, backlog management).
- Build GenAI product capabilities: AI agents (LLMs/Generative AI), human-agent interaction layer, model/agent lifecycle (data acquisition, fine-tuning), and APIs/agents as βtools.β
- Implement model-in-the-loop design (human-guided iteration) and run technical product discussions to translate scientific objectives into technical requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and lead launch, adoption, monitoring, and iterative optimization.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience designing/launching tool-using AI agents; transformer model tradeoffs; unstructured biomedical data; MCP for LLM agents; product management tools (e.g., Confluence/Jira/Miro); life sciences/biopharma R&D.
Compensation/benefits (US):
- Base salary range $147,675β$246,125 (location-dependent); annual bonus; share-based long-term incentive eligibility; health/insurance, retirement, paid holidays/vacation, and paid caregiver/parental and medical leave.
