Senior Product Director, Enterprise AI R&D

Role: Enterprise AI R&D Product Director leading GE HealthCare’s AI transformation in Research & Development and Quality. Responsibilities: define, govern, and execute the enterprise AI roadmap aligned with strategic goals; stay current on AI, regulatory, and industry trends; collaborate across Quality, Segments, IT to prioritize initiatives; translate business needs into clear AI requirements; ensure compliance with validation, governance, and regulatory standards; drive measurable productivity and EBIT impact through AI use cases; champion AI pilot programs and scale validated solutions; maintain a pipeline of AI opportunities; communicate progress and risks to stakeholders. Qualifications: bachelor’s or higher in engineering, computer science, or related field; 12+ years in industry with 6+ years leading complex cross-functional initiatives; expertise in AI/ML, LLMs, RAG, responsible AI, regulated R&D processes, design controls, QMS; proven product/program management skills; experience quantifying business value and ROI.
