Responsibilities include collaborating across R&D, manufacturing, and external partners to develop innovative technologies, ensuring alignment with customer needs, regulatory standards, and quality metrics; contributing to intellectual property strategies; and integrating new manufacturing capabilities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or science discipline; 10+ years in product development, process engineering, or laboratory research in private, public, government, or military sectors. Preferred: Master's or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or Polymer Science; experience with aerospace material testing, qualification processes, safety, and reliability; proven contributions to IP or publications; excellent collaboration, technical presentation, and communication skills.
