Senior Product Designer

Role: Senior or Lead Product Designer responsible for end-to-end design of complex genetic and health products, from discovery through launch and iteration. Responsibilities: lead major customer journeys, collaborate cross-functionally to identify problems, shape strategy, validate concepts via research, and ensure cohesive, understandable experiences across multiple product areas. Design and evolve reusable systems, partner closely with engineering during development, and contribute to team processes. Qualifications: 6+ years in product design, with at least 2 years leading complex digital products, strong design portfolio, proficiency in Figma, familiarity with design systems, and experience partnering with research and analytics. High-Value: focus on consumer genetics, health, and science; experience with health or scientific content is preferred; hybrid work model based in Palo Alto, with onsite presence three days/week. Collaboration with product managers, engineers, researchers, data scientists, and scientists is integral, with an emphasis on translating complex data into clear, engaging user experiences.
