Role: Senior/Principal Scientist, In Vitro Biology Team Lead at Actinium Pharmaceuticals, focusing on advancing targeted radiotherapies for solid tumors and hematologic malignancies. Responsibilities: lead development, validation, and execution of in vitro pharmacology assays (e.g., target engagement, signaling, cytotoxicity, biomarker analysis); oversee cell line maintenance; design and interpret flow cytometry and ex vivo studies; support candidate selection, target validation, and IND-enabling studies; provide scientific leadership and mentorship; manage external collaborations with CROs; communicate findings through reports and presentations. Qualifications: PhD in Biology, Immunology, Pharmacology, or related field with 5-7 years industry experience in in vitro pharmacology and assay development; proven success in designing assays for biologics such as radiopharmaceuticals or ADCs; proficiency in flow cytometry and bioanalytical assays; leadership experience with junior scientists; strong understanding of cancer biology and tumor drivers.
