Senior Principal Scientist, Data Science RWE

Role: Lead scientific and technical expert in Real-World Evidence (RWE) within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicines division, overseeing RWE projects, developing methodologies, and mentoring team members. Responsibilities: lead end-to-end RWE studies including data feasibility, study design, analysis, and interpretation; develop tools to streamline project delivery; provide thought leadership on bias mitigation in external control and comparative studies; generate insights from post-hoc RCT analyses and observational data to support regulatory interactions; create study protocols and statistical analysis plans; collaborate with therapeutic area scientists to shape RWE strategies.
