Role: Senior scientist specializing in bioanalytical mass spectrometry to support Lillyโ€™s oncology drug discovery, focusing on small molecule therapeutics, particularly radioligand therapeutics (RLT), with potential expansion into antibody-drug conjugates (ADC). Responsibilities: develop and validate LC-MS/MS methods, perform quantitative bioanalysis from in-vitro and in-vivo samples, investigate pharmacokinetics, biodistribution, biotransformation, and metabolite identification; collaborate closely with ADME project leaders; mentor junior staff; troubleshoot instrumentation. Requirements: bachelorโ€™s degree with 7+ years or masterโ€™s with 5+ years in chemistry, bioengineering, or related field; extensive experience with high-resolution and triple quadrupole mass spectrometers, sample prep, and bioanalysis for small and large molecules; strong understanding of ADME principles. Preferred: experience with radioligand therapeutics, elemental analysis (ICP-MS), immunoprecipitation, proteolytic digestion, bioinformatics tools (Mass Hunter, Biopharma Finder, etc.), automation platforms, and data visualization.
