Role: Lead digital pathology and tissue image analysis within Oncology Translational Research, focusing on AI/ML-driven workflows for biomarker development and spatial analysis. Responsibilities: develop scalable methods for whole-slide and multiplexed imaging, support harmonization of AI workflows across sites, and translate image data into biological insights for oncology programs. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize tissue-based biomarker strategies, support high-plex imaging pipelines, and improve operational reproducibility. Requirements: PhD or MS in bioinformatics, biomedical engineering, pathology, or related field; 5+ years industry experience in digital pathology, computational image analysis, or translational oncology; expertise with HALO, AI/ML models, and high-plex tissue imaging; strong understanding of oncology biology and tissue biomarkers; excellent communication and organizational skills. Preferred: background in cancer immuno-oncology, experience with RareCyte Orion platform, proficiency in Python/R, and prior experience harmonizing digital pathology workflows.
