Senior Principal Scientist, Analytical Sciences

Role: Senior Principal Scientist in analytical characterization of circular RNA and lipid nanoparticle therapeutics, focusing on mass spectrometry. Responsibilities: develop and optimize LC-MS/MS assays for quantification and characterization; troubleshoot high-resolution MS platforms; lead method transfer and ensure assay robustness; author regulatory-compliant reports and SOPs; interpret and present data to R&D teams; collaborate with Platform Science, Discovery, and CMC groups. Requirements: MS/MS expertise with 7+ years (MS) or 10+ years (BS) in bioanalysis, strong operation skills with QTOF, Orbitrap, or triple quadrupole MS; experience with IP-RP, AEX, SEC-MALS, LC-CAD for complex biological matrices; background in biopharma or RNA therapeutics preferred.
