Requirements: BSc, MSc, or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical/Biochemical Engineering, or related; 5+ years (PhD), 8+ years (Masterβs), or 10+ years (Bachelorβs) biotech/biopharma experience with ADC/conjugation process development; proven expertise in ADC conjugation technologies, linker-payloads, and scale-up; experience with tech transfer, GMP manufacturing, and regulatory documentation.
