Senior / Principal Scientist, ADC Conjugation Process Development

Role: Senior/Principal Scientist specializing in ADC Conjugation Process Development to support Immunome's targeted oncology pipeline. Responsibilities: optimize conjugation and purification processes from milligram to multi-gram scales, including tox/GMP batches; lead purification strategies such as ultrafiltration and chromatography; serve as ADC process SME for internal teams and external CDMO partners; prepare documentation for tech transfer, GMP activities, and regulatory submissions; stay current with ADC process innovations and regulatory standards. Requirements: BSc, MSc, or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical/Biochemical Engineering, or related; 5+ years (PhD), 8+ years (Master’s), or 10+ years (Bachelor’s) biotech/biopharma experience with ADC/conjugation process development; proven expertise in ADC conjugation technologies, linker-payloads, and scale-up; experience with tech transfer, GMP manufacturing, and regulatory documentation.
