Role: Senior Principal Real-World Analyst specializing in RWE and RWD analytics within biopharma, focusing on oncology and neuroscience therapeutics. Responsibilities: conduct and audit complex analyses using diverse data sources (claims, EMR, registry), ensure scientific rigor and timely delivery of high-quality research outputs, develop reports and visualizations, and maintain documentation for reproducibility. Requirements: MS or PhD in data science, epidemiology, or related field; 4+ years (MS) or 2+ years (PhD) relevant experience in biopharma, healthcare, or RWE consulting; expertise in SQL, R, and working with Flatiron and Optum data; familiarity with healthcare coding systems and statistical methodologies for longitudinal and time-to-event data.
