Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Market Access gross-to-net (GTN) forecasting to operationalize forecasting processes, tools, and methodologies; partner cross-functionally (Finance, Legal, Distribution and Trade, Sales Analytics, Marketing Business Insights) to ensure alignment, data quality, transparency, and decision-ready outputs.
- Own the design, maintenance, and continuous evolution of Market Access GTN forecasting models for in-line and pipeline products by evaluating pricing/access scenarios, identifying value drivers, assessing policy/contracting implications, and consolidating cross-functional inputs to create consistent, defensible GTN assumptions.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate GTN drivers and insights to stakeholders.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of company products, therapeutic areas, and Market Access pricing strategies to support scenario planning, decision support, and price-setting recommendations.
- Support Finance and Accounting with Market Access-related accruals, including Managed Care, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and other government payer adjustments, as a subject-matter expert for GTN assumptions and methodology.
- Conduct analyses on policy/pricing/market changes and translate findings into actionable strategy, financial, and operational recommendations.
- Support brand planning, lifecycle management, and launch readiness by translating analytics into Market Access and cross-functional recommendations.
- Prepare concise materials for senior leadership for Pricing Committee reviews and governance processes.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, statistics, or related quantitative field with 10+ years combined experience in pricing, forecasting, data analytics, data system development, and/or accounting.
- Masterโ€™s degree in related field with 8+ years combined experience.
- 5+ years relevant experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
- 3+ years relevant experience maintaining financial, distribution, or gross-to-net forecast models.

Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience with pharmaceutical commercial forecasting (pipeline and launch planning).
- Proven advanced analytics and the ability to communicate/present actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Ability to influence senior leaders with concise, data-driven recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Azure Cloud compute, SSMS; skilled with Excel formulas, SQL, JavaScript, and Power BI for multi-input financial data.
- Detail-oriented; able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
- Collaborative; able to manage relationships across the organization.
- Strong business acumen integrating market intelligence and cross-functional input into forecasting.
- Working knowledge of U.S. payer system, reimbursement models, and governmental programs.

Job Location/Work Arrangement:
- RTP, NC office; hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in the office (in-office requirements may increase based on business needs).
