Job Description: Senior Prevention Specialist, HIV (Denver North, CO). Represent Gilead’s products and services to a defined customer base, generating and growing sales by consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets within a geographic area. Account management through in-person representation, face-to-face meetings, and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with healthcare providers; develop and execute a territory business plan; monitor sales progress and adjust strategies.
- Maintain product and disease-state expertise; promote appropriate product use in line with Corporate, PhRMA, and OIG guidelines.
- Partner with local cross-functional colleagues and collaborate externally with healthcare organizations and partners (including co-promotion).
- Model compliance/ethical behavior; ensure adherence to regulatory and company policies (including timely adverse event reporting).
- Use influencing/relationship skills to drive sales; perform administrative duties (call activity/customer info reporting, expenses, territory budget); continuous learning.

Basic Qualifications
- High School + 11 years OR Associate’s + 9 OR Bachelor’s + 7 OR Master’s + 5.
- Travel within assigned area; onsite visitation requirements (if applicable); able to perform essential duties; valid driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BS; 4+ years pharma/biotech/healthcare sales; superior selling in competitive markets; meet/exceed sales objectives (specialty markets); leadership with local cross-functional teams; injectable physician-administered products; managed care landscape familiarity.
Compensation/Benefits (if applicable in body)
- Salary range: $133,195–$172,370. May be eligible for annual bonus, stock-based long-term incentives, paid time off, and benefits (medical, dental, vision, life).
