Senior Prevention Specialist, HIV (Denver North, CO)

Role Overview
Represent Gilead products/services to a defined customer base by generating and growing sales through in-person account management and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with healthcare providers; understand needs and maximize product impact.
- Develop and execute a territory business plan; monitor sales and adjust to exceed targets.
- Maintain expertise in Gilead products, competitive products, and therapeutic area disease state.
- Deliver timely disease awareness, clinical updates, and education; tailor complex clinical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Promote appropriate product use to healthcare professionals (per applicable standards).
- Partner with local cross-functional teams and collaborate externally with healthcare organizations/partners to enhance reach.
- Use influencing/relationship skills to drive sales; perform required administrative tasks (calls, customer info, expenses, territory budget).
- Stay current on industry and therapeutic-area changes; pursue continuous learning and autonomously exceed goals.

- Account management expertise; multi-product portfolio experience.

Basic Qualifications
- High school + 11 years OR Associate + 9 OR Bachelor + 7 OR Master + 5.
- Valid driver’s license; ability to travel and meet onsite visitation requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BS; 4+ years pharma/biotech/healthcare sales; specialty/highly competitive markets; meet/exceed sales objectives.
- Experience with injectable physician-administered products; managed care familiarity; Denver health systems experience.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $133,195.00–$172,370.00; may include discretionary bonus, long-term incentives, paid time off, and company-sponsored medical/dental/vision/life insurance.
