The Opportunity/Role
- Partner with Commercial leadership as a strategic advisor and hands-on builder to scale a high-performing, patient-centered organization.

Primary Responsibilities
- Shape org design, team structure, and talent strategy aligned to business goals.
- Coach and challenge leaders with direct, actionable feedback on performance and accountability.
- Own key talent decisions (hiring, promotions, exits, succession).
- Lead across the employee lifecycle: recruiting support, onboarding, performance management, and development.
- Run rigorous, candid performance and feedback processes.
- Diagnose and resolve org friction (team dynamics, role clarity, decision-making gaps).
- Engage regularly with the Field to evolve leadership/structure.
- Build operating rhythms (OKRs, talent reviews, engagement touchpoints).
- Partner cross-functionally with Recruiting, Total Rewards, and People Operations.

Qualifications & Key Success Factors
- 12+ years in People (HR) Business Partnering or talent leadership for biotech/pharma go-to-market teams; direct pre-launch/launch commercial build experience.
- Ability to influence senior leaders and execute independently in fast-paced environments.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategy into org/talent decisions.
- Experience through scale/launch/transformation (org design, performance management, employee relations, leadership coaching).
- High judgment; discretion and clarity.

Compensation & Benefits
- Medical/dental/vision: 99% premium paid; life insurance/AD&D/disability; 401(k) match up to 6%; long-term stock incentives and ESPP; discretionary quarterly bonus; wellness benefit; generous PTO/paid holidays.
- Annualized base salary: $200,000–$235,000.

Note: This role may be remote but requires travel as needed.
