General Summary:
Advanced paralegal support across Litigation, Commercial, Market Access, and Privacy. Partner with attorneys and internal stakeholders to support compliant legal processes including eDiscovery/search, legal holds, contracting support, and knowledge management.

Responsibilities:
- Administer/manage legal hold and eDiscovery workflows (Everlaw or equivalent); coordinate document collection (including data subject requests) with legal oversight; support privilege logs/confidentiality designations; manage internal case filing repository.
- Support responses to third-party subpoenas and related document production under attorney oversight.
- Support investigations by attending interviews, taking notes, and drafting initial summaries/memos under attorney direction; provide surge support for risk/ERM (e.g., meeting notes, follow-up tracking).
- Market Access: support drafting/review/administration of market access agreements; assist contract review workflows; maintain contract trackers (rebate terms, pricing obligations, expirations, amendments); coordinate contracting logistics/documentation.
- Knowledge/process improvement: develop/maintain playbooks, templates, checklists, and process documentation; support legal technology adoption.
- Vendor/matter administration: coordinate legal support vendors; support matter administration including first-level outside counsel invoice review (CounselLink or equivalent).
- Communicate status/risks; manage multiple workstreams.

Knowledge & Skills (Required/Preferred):
- Strong litigation support: legal holds, document collection, case filings, eDiscovery/search (Everlaw or equivalent preferred).
- Vendor/outside counsel coordination; familiarity with first-level invoice review.
- Contracting support with trackers and templates; ability to maintain playbooks/checklists.
- Independent work, high organization/detail, prioritization of competing deadlines.
- Strong written/verbal communication across functions/geographies; sound judgment handling confidential/privileged information.
- Tech savvy (Microsoft 365) and comfort learning legal tech.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelorโ€™s or Associateโ€™s degree; ABA-approved paralegal certification is a plus.
- Typically 5+ years relevant paralegal experience (law firm and/or in-house).
- Demonstrated litigation/eDiscovery support and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Experience in regulated pharmaceutical/biotech market access; experience supporting cross-functional teams.
- Experience partnering with attorneys to capture institutional knowledge and improve processes.

Pay/Benefits:
- $96,000โ€“$144,000 base range; annual bonus and annual equity awards; potential overtime eligibility.
