Senior or Executive Director, AI Strategy & Applications

Role: Senior/Executive Director, AI Strategy & Applications at a clinical-stage biotech focused on targeted protein degradation therapeutics. Responsibilities: define enterprise AI strategy, lead its execution, evaluate and govern AI platforms, and develop AI-powered solutions to address scientific and business challenges; establish AI governance frameworks, manage AI vendor relationships, and champion AI adoption across functions. Requirements: extensive biotech/pharma experience with knowledge of drug discovery, clinical development, regulatory, or CMC processes; hands-on expertise with modern AI/LLM platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI); strong software development skills; ability to translate complex requirements into AI solutions; excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
