Role: Senior Operations Engineer supporting spray drying at a new small molecule manufacturing site, focusing on commissioning, qualification, start-up, and operational readiness. Responsibilities include partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient plant startup and ongoing operations, supporting process transfer and optimization, and leading continuous improvement initiatives using lean tools. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Biochemical Engineering, or related field; at least 5 years of experience in drug product/SDI manufacturing, technical operations, or process support, with GMP and compliance knowledge. Preferred skills include experience with facility start-up, technology transfer, lean methodologies, and cross-shift coordination.
