Senior Oncology Account Manager (OAM)

Responsibilities:
- Directly promote Jazz Pharmaceuticals’ adult oncology products and implement marketing strategies/tactics to achieve short- and long-term sales goals.
- Develop and manage business relationships with therapeutic specialists within an assigned territory.
- Execute strategic account plans: set measurable objectives, develop tailored strategies/tactics, determine and utilize resources, and continuously review/adjust based on feedback and market conditions.
- Use sales analytics and omnichannel/multi-source data to understand prescribing/purchasing decision processes and identify patterns/trends; provide timely feedback to cross-functional partners.
- Leverage dashboards/alerts/omnichannel reports, speaker programs, and conference attendance to drive account performance.
- Maintain key stakeholder relationships (physicians and healthcare providers) across community and academic centers.
- Educate and consult healthcare professionals on approved indications for Small Cell Lung Cancer (SCLC) and Gastrointestinal (GI) Cancers; provide accurate responses regarding other approved therapies per package insert/compliance guidelines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, medical affairs, and market access to align and execute on account strategies.
- Use CRM tools to manage customer interactions, track sales activity, and maintain accurate territory records; represent company at live/virtual conferences and events.
- Participate in organizing/facilitating meetings for medical/product information exchange and complete special projects as assigned.
- Perform activities within allocated budget.

Required Experience / Qualifications:
- Four-year college/university degree.
- Experience in Oncology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills (face-to-face and virtual).
- Ability to meet territorial travel requirements.

Preferred Experience / Qualifications:
- Post-graduate business school study/training.
- Minimum of 5 years in the oncology market.
- Strong clinical/technical/scientific knowledge of products and disease states.
- Strategic account planning and strong key account management experience in complex academic and community accounts.
- Demonstrated business acumen, problem solving, prioritization, and sales data analytics skills.
- Experience with GI, HER2 landscape, biomarker-driven therapeutics and/or Lung Cancer.
