The Senior Oncology Account Manager builds and maintains strong professional relationships with key customers and stakeholders in private practice, medical group practices, hospitals/academic medical centers, office, and ancillary staff involved in the care of cancer patients. Provides approved disease and product information and resources to key decision makers and stakeholders within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities:
- Effectively support Genmabโ€™s Oncology portfolio in the U.S. marketplace
- Meet or exceed assigned territory sales goals by positioning benefits and use of Genmab products for appropriate patients
- Manage time effectively by focusing on engagements that drive brand value and prioritize patient-impacting activities
- Develop and implement robust territory business plans centered on performance; meet or exceed territory productivity requirements
- Flex between virtual and in-person engagements; develop business plans considering account communication preferences
- Analyze key market data points and action insights to inform effective business planning
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships; offer value-based solutions
- Represent Genmab brands in a professional, compliant, ethical, and effective manner
- Demonstrate understanding of disease states, Genmab and competitor products; articulate value across communication mediums (digital, live, etc.)
- Maintain proficiency in reimbursement environment; understand reimbursement and fulfillment pathways for injectable medications
- Execute effective territory management and selling competencies
- Creatively gain โ€œaccessโ€ to customers in the modern landscape
- Foster team effectiveness by sharing knowledge and information
- Manage territory resources and budget

Requirements:
- BS/BA degree (any area/discipline)
- 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience; 3+ years demonstrated success in Oncology marketplace (Hematology experience preferred)
- Hematology/Oncology launch experience
- Strong account management and selling competencies; proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals
- Strong business analytics to develop, execute, and adjust territory business plans
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with customers and the customer influence network
- Ability to work effectively in matrix teams
- Track record of self-development to drive performance
- Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Teams, Veeva, etc.
- Flexible; able to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal/external contacts at all levels
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to operating in alignment with industry laws, regulations, and ethical standards
- Must live within the assigned geography
