What you’ll do Business Platform and Reporting Design and create new data models, dashboards, and advanced analytics features Maintaining and supporting existing Power BI dashboards and reports, handling routine updates, fixing minor issues, and ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date for business users. Manage 3rd parties’ data sources to provide regular business dashboards for commercial teams Participate in projects to improve or expand reporting capabilities and execute UAT activities CRM Support Optimizing sales force effectiveness to boost execution quality and immediate impact Driving customer excellence through integrated CRM, customer-centric strategies, and tailored account management to maximize stakeholder engagement. CRM operation - Account type define & update, CRM report enhancement, Design & generation and incorporate CRM report with other sales team related report Digital Marketing support Manage digital vendor to support Marketing Team on campaign coordination and content production. Manage PAP/PSP‑related content across online channels and oversee vendor operations to support program enrollment, triage, and patient follow‑up integrated with digital journeys Ensure cross‑channel integration and data‑driven reporting to track reach, engagement quality, conversion, media efficiency, and ROI Essential for the role Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field 3–5 years of experience in digital or multichannel marketing Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms e.g., Salesforce Key Skills Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing (email, social, web, mobile) Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign analysis and optimization Familiarity with analytics and technical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HTML) Knowledge of Integrated System Environment, Application Support, OS, Database Server and IT Infrastructure Core Competencies Customer-centric thinking and personalization strategies Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Desirable for the role Experience in Data Visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau) is preferred Proficiency in programming (e.g. SQL, R, Python) is an advantage Experience in healthcare industry is an advantage Why AstraZeneca?
