About The Role:
Responsible for design, build, administration, and support of enterprise connectivity solutions using Cisco technologies (Software-Defined Access (SDA), SD-WAN, and wireless campus fabrics).

Your Contributions:
- Install and maintain Cisco switches, access points, and related technologies; coordinate with third parties for timelines, budgets, and troubleshooting.
- Provide ongoing technical support for secure enterprise LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, and wireless networks.
- Administer Cisco SDA, SD-WAN, and wireless campus fabrics (configuration, monitoring, optimization).
- Apply and maintain security updates on Cisco network devices.
- Design/build/track operational performance and network utilization metrics.
- Identify opportunities to reduce technical debt via standardization and automation.
- Evaluate new connectivity technologies and design scalable Cisco-based solutions.
- Partner with engineering to resolve company-wide network issues in multi-cloud hybrid environments.
- Ensure network systems remain compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Support network backups, disaster recovery, configuration replication, data migration, testing, and documentation.
- Support audit/compliance efforts (patch governance, documentation, controls).
- Participate in on-call rotations and lead root cause analysis for major incidents.

Requirements/Qualifications:
- BS/BA in CS (or related) or equivalent experience; 4+ years in network administration/engineering.
- Cisco SDA, SD-WAN, and wireless campus fabrics experience (preferred).
- CCNA preferred (or obtain within 6 months).
- TCP/IP, UDP, VPN, VLAN; identity security controls (SSO, MFA, lifecycle/provisioning).
- CCNP Enterprise/Security and 2+ years hands-on experience.
- Cisco tools/platforms (DNA Center, Viptela or similar, wireless controllers preferred).
- Network security practices (phishing/ransomware/unauthorized access mitigation).
- Routing/routed protocols; LISP, ISIS, BGP, VRF.
- AAA and Cisco ISE.
- Observability tools (e.g., ThousandEyes).
- Cisco Catalyst 9K expertise; strong L2/L3 design (VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, HSRP/VRRP).
- SDA multi-fabric architecture; policy-based segmentation (SGTs, VXLAN).
- Cisco Catalyst Center (DNA Center) fabric edge/border/control plane node deployment.
- Cloud networking (AWS/Azure/GCP), VPC/VNet, routing, peering, VPN, hybrid connectivity.
- Cloud-native network security/traffic management (firewalls, WAF, load balancers, DNS, Zero Trust).

Compensation/Benefits (if applicable):
- Annual base salary: $103,300–$141,000; annual bonus target 20%; eligible for equity long-term incentive.
