Senior NetSuite Specialist 2, IT

Role: Senior Specialist 2, IT Technical Support & Maintenance, focused on supporting and maintaining Halozyme's NetSuite ERP environment and integrations with Workato, Zone, and RF-SMART. Responsibilities: provide Tier 1 and 2 support across finance, procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality; troubleshoot transactions, workflows, and permissions; support system releases and customizations; monitor integrations and ensure compliance with SOX and GxP; create user documentation and conduct training; perform system health checks, maintenance, and support audits; contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: minimum 8 years IT experience, 2+ years supporting NetSuite ERP, familiarity with integration platforms (e.g., Workato), experience with AP automation (Zone) and warehouse systems (RF-SMART), solid understanding of SOX and GxP compliance, strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills. Preferred: NetSuite Administrator/SuiteFoundation certification, scripting experience (SuiteScript, JavaScript), background in regulated life sciences environments.
