Senior MSL Inflammation (m/w/d)

Role Summary

Senior MSL Inflammation (m/w/d) responsible for shaping launch preparation in the Inflammation – Dermatology area, starting with Psoriasis. Build and sustain relationships with external experts and KOLs, identify patient and physician needs, contribute to cross-functional Medical Affairs strategy, and support clinical development activities in Germany. Requires strong dermatology expertise or proven launch experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain credible relationships with external experts in the Inflammation field, discuss new data, identify trends, and influence market access for innovative therapies in Germany.
• Serve as the primary interface to Key Opinion Leaders, identify patient and physician needs early, and translate these into trainings or study initiatives.
• Contribute to cross-functional strategy with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Sales, and Market Access using insights.
• Support clinical development and study activities in Germany as a key partner to Takeda's global R&D.
• Patient well-being guides all actions.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Medizin, Pharmazie, Naturwissenschaften – idealerweise Promotion
• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie oder vergleichbare Tätigkeit, vorzugsweise im Bereich Medical Affairs - Dermatologie/Rheumatologie/Immunologie
• Hervorragende wissenschaftliche Kompetenz, auch im Dialog mit KOLs/Behandlern
• Bevorzugt Erfahrungen/Kontakte im Dermatologie & Rheumatologie
• Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in Organisation/Durchführung von Advisory Boards, Symposien und Fortbildungen
• Idealerweise erfolgreiche Begleitung medizinischer Innovationen und Neueinführungen/Launches
• Proaktivität im cross-funktionalen Arbeiten/Mitwirken in Matrixteams
• Fundiertes Verständnis klinischer Studien, Studiendesign und Interpretation klinischer Daten
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit KI-basierten Plattformen
• Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, hohe analytische Fähigkeit zur Einarbeitung in neue Indikations- und Wissenschaftsfelder
• Exzellente Präsentations- und Kommunikationskompetenz – on- & offline
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Microsoft-Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.)
• Ausgeprägte Projektmanagementfähigkeiten
• Hohe Agilität und Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
• Bereitschaft zur Betreuung eines zugeordneten Gebiets, hohe Reisebereitschaft, Führerschein Klasse B
• Erneuter Vorteil: Erfahrung mit KI-gesteuerten Plattformen
• Fließendes Deutsch sowie sehr gutes Englisch (schriftlich und mündlich)
