Role: Senior Microbiology Technician within the Quality Control Microbiology team, responsible for advanced microbiological testing, investigations, validations, and providing technical guidance. Responsibilities: perform complex tests such as bioburden, endotoxin, utility testing, and environmental monitoring; review and analyze data; lead or support investigations and CAPAs; validate microbiological methods; support process improvements; train and mentor junior staff; ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and ISO standards; maintain laboratory operations and documentation; participate in audit preparations and support departmental initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biology, or related field; 4–7 years experience in a cGMP-regulated environment (pharmaceutical/medical device); proficient in microbiological testing, environmental monitoring, and validation processes; strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills. Preferred: experience with ISO Class 7/8 cleanrooms, regulatory compliance, and laboratory data systems. High-Value: microbiology testing, environmental monitoring, investigations, validation, GMP compliance, cGMP experience, pharmaceutical or medical device industry focus.
