Role: Strategic Medical Affairs leader responsible for managing investigator-sponsored studies (ISS), data query programs, and small strategic studies to support product lifecycle and evidence generation. Responsibilities: oversee ISS program, ensure timely execution and data review; design and manage strategic studies; collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors; prepare data generation tactics; support publication efforts; conduct medical reviews of promotional and educational materials; engage with investigators and KOLs. Requirements: MD, PhD, or PharmD; 5+ years in Medical Affairs or relevant pharmaceutical/biotech experience; strong communication, project management, and team-building skills; proven track record in scientific and clinical settings; proficiency in MS Office; ability to travel up to 35%. High-Value: focus on rare, life-threatening diseases like PAH, pulmonary fibrosis, organ shortage solutions; involvement in post-marketing (Phase IV) studies; work in a hybrid setup in RTP, NC. Collaboration with external HCPs and KOLs, and support for regulatory and publication activities, are key aspects.
