Role: Medical Science Outcomes Liaison (MSOL) supporting renal disease therapies, serving as a scientific partner to enhance clinical, health outcomes, and population health knowledge. Responsibilities: provide scientific exchange with nephrology stakeholders, develop strategic account plans, support evidence dissemination, and foster relationships with nephrology centers, medical directors, and healthcare decision makers. Contribute to pipeline readiness for rare kidney diseases, support evidence-generation initiatives, and collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and National Accounts teams. Requirements: advanced clinical or scientific degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, etc.), minimum 3 years in healthcare or Medical Affairs, strong communication skills, and ability to travel up to 70%. HighValue: focus on CKD, dialysis-dependent CKD, anemia management, healthcare resource utilization, and outcomes research; experience in nephrology, rare kidney disease, HEOR, RWE, and value-based care models preferred.
