Role: Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) for Rheumatology within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicines division, focusing on immunological disorders. Objectives: Serve as a scientific and clinical expert, foster relationships with healthcare professionals and thought leaders, and support medical and scientific exchange in the territory covering Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, and Michigan. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a territory engagement plan; facilitate objective, evidence-based scientific discussions; identify educational gaps and unmet needs; support investigator-initiated studies; stay current on scientific trends; and collaborate with internal teams including R&D, Medical Affairs, and clinical operations. Qualifications: Doctorate degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent), at least 2 years of relevant experience as an MSL, strong therapeutic expertise in immunology/rheumatology, and experience supporting healthcare providers. Travel up to 70% within the assigned territory. Preferred: Residency or fellowship; familiarity with AI tools; located in major metro areas such as Minneapolis or Ann Arbor; clinical/research/pharma background.
