Role: Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) specializing in Rheumatology for Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicines division, covering territories in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, and Michigan. Objectives: serve as a scientific and clinical expert, fostering collaborations with healthcare professionals and thought leaders to support immunology treatments. Responsibilities: develop and execute territory-specific scientific engagement plans, facilitate high-quality scientific exchanges, build and maintain professional relationships, support investigator-initiated studies, and provide scientific data tailored to healthcare provider needs. Additionally, support internal research activities, stay abreast of evolving scientific trends, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines. Requirements: Doctorate degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent), 2+ years of relevant experience as an MSL, strong therapeutic expertise, and familiarity with immunology or related fields. Must support a territory with up to 70% travel and hold a valid US driver’s license. Preferred: residency or fellowship, clinical or research experience in immunology, knowledge of AI tools, and location in major metro areas like Minneapolis or Ann Arbor.
