Primary objectives include serving as a scientific and clinical expert on current and future J&J immunology products, fostering relationships with healthcare professionals and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and supporting medical engagement and education. Responsibilities encompass developing and executing a scientific engagement plan aligned with Medical Affairs strategy, conducting high-quality scientific exchanges, identifying educational needs, and providing objective scientific support for investigator-initiated and company-sponsored studies. The role involves leveraging insights and advanced tools such as AI to inform territory strategy, translating complex data for stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Collaboration extends across Medical Affairs, R&D, Clinical Operations, and other internal teams, with a focus on fostering scientific credibility and advancing the treatment landscape for immunological disorders. Qualifications include a Doctorate degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent), with at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with clinical or research background in immunology or rheumatology. The role demands strong scientific acumen, communication skills, and ability to travel up to 70% within the territory. Preferred candidates have residency or fellowship experience, familiarity with therapeutic areas, and proficiency with digital tools and remote technologies. The position supports a hybrid work model, emphasizing scientific excellence, strategic engagement, and cross-functional collaboration in a regulated, compliant environment.
