Role: Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) specializing in Rheumatology within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicines division, responsible for scientific engagement, medical education, and strategic partnership with healthcare professionals in the Northeast US (NYC, Maine, NH, VT, CT, RI, MA). Responsibilities: develop and execute territory-specific scientific plans, engage in high-quality two-way exchanges with KOLs and HCPs, identify educational needs, and support investigator-initiated studies; monitor scientific landscape and emerging data; provide objective, balanced scientific information to stakeholders; facilitate scientific exchange, and gather insights to inform medical strategy. Requirements: Doctorate degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, etc.), 2+ years of relevant clinical or pharma experience, proven success as an MSL, strong therapeutic expertise in immunology/rheumatology, and willingness to travel up to 70%. Preferred: residency/fellowship, familiarity with AI tools, clinical research or pharma background, and residing in or near major metro areas like NYC or Boston. High-Value: immunology/rheumatology, therapeutic area development, investigator engagement, scientific exchange, experience with digital tools, and cross-functional collaboration. Work setup: field-based with significant travel, covering northeastern US territories.
