Role: Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) specializing in Rheumatology for Johnson & Johnson's Immunology division, supporting the South New York and Northeast US regions. Objectives: serve as scientific expert, foster relationships with healthcare providers and KOLs, and support medical strategy through scientific exchange. Responsibilities: develop and execute territory-specific scientific engagement plans; provide balanced, evidence-based education to healthcare professionals; facilitate investigator-initiated studies; monitor scientific landscape trends; and collaborate with internal teams including R&D, Medical Affairs, and Clinical Operations. Qualifications: Doctorate degree (PharmD, MD, PhD, etc.), 2+ years of relevant experience with proven success as an MSL, strong therapeutic and scientific expertise, and ability to support a territory with up to 70% travel. Preferred: residency/fellowship, therapeutic area knowledge, familiarity with AI tools, and residence in major metro areas like NYC or Boston. High-value: Immunology/Rheumatology focus, innovative medicines development, external scientific engagement, and cross-functional collaboration in a regulated environment. Work setup: field-based with significant travel; primarily in Northeast US.
