The role emphasizes high-quality scientific exchange, staying current on treatment landscapes, and leveraging AI tools to enhance decision-making. The Senior MSL also collaborates internally with R&D, Medical Affairs, and other teams, supports research inquiries, and ensures compliance with regulatory and ethical standards. Qualifications include a Doctorate degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent), 2+ years of relevant experience as an MSL, strong therapeutic expertise in immunology/rheumatology, and the ability to travel up to 70%. Preferred skills involve clinical research, data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and familiarity with digital tools. The position requires a strategic scientific mindset, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to ongoing learning, especially in emerging technologies like AI.
