Role: Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) specializing in Rheumatology for Johnson & Johnson's Immunology division, focusing on developing scientific and clinical expertise in immunological disorders. Responsibilities: build and maintain relationships with KOLs and HCPs; provide balanced, evidence-based scientific education; stay abreast of treatment landscape trends; support investigator-initiated studies; facilitate scientific exchange; develop and execute territory engagement strategies aligned with Medical Affairs goals; leverage AI tools for decision-making; gather and communicate actionable insights; ensure compliance and collaborate with internal teams across R&D, Medical Affairs, clinical operations, and others; support educational and research activities. Qualifications: Doctorate degree (PharmD, MD, PhD, or advanced practice provider) with at least 2 years of relevant experience, including success as an MSL; strong scientific and therapeutic expertise in immunology; excellent communication and strategic thinking skills; ability to travel up to 70%, primarily within the Upstate NY, PA, and Ohio territories; valid US driver’s license preferred. Preferred: residency/fellowship, related clinical or pharma experience, familiarity with AI tools, and residence in major metro areas like Columbus, Cleveland, or Syracuse. Work setup involves travel within assigned territories and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
