Role: Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) specializing in Rheumatology within Johnson & Johnson's Immunology team, focusing on scientific engagement and medical education for current and future products. Responsibilities: develop and execute territory-specific scientific engagement plans, foster relationships with KOLs and HCPs, provide objective scientific education, support investigator-initiated studies, and communicate emerging scientific data. Collaborate with internal teams including R&D, Medical Affairs, and Clinical Operations, ensuring compliant, balanced, and evidence-based interactions. Stay updated on treatment landscape trends and leverage AI tools to enhance strategic decision-making. Requirements: Doctorate degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent), 2+ years of relevant experience as an MSL, strong therapeutic expertise in immunology/rheumatology, excellent communication skills, and ability to travel up to 70%. Preferred: residency/fellowship, familiarity with AI tools, and residence in major metro areas like Baltimore, Rockville, or Washington DC. High-value: immunology/rheumatology therapeutics, scientific exchange, investigator support, and cross-functional collaboration within a regulated, GxP environment. Work setup involves significant in-territory travel; based primarily in the US East Coast region.
